Mentors

Mentors are members of the NEMA Research Group who express willingness to mentor one or more Scholars. In general, Mentors are matched to Scholars on the basis of academic area of interest and past experience. However, Mentors may invite Scholars to consult with others on the team or may invite their Scholar to NEMA Research Group meetings to expand their network and get valuable insight from other academicians.

Mentors must agree to work with the Scholar in good faith for up to a year and must make that agreement in writing. If you are not a member of the NEMA Research Group and would like to be considered as a Mentor, please contact us. Decisions for entering the program as a Mentor from outside the NEMA Research Group are made on a case-by-case basis.
